Just a thought

If the plural of "index" is "indices", does that mean the plural of "Alex" is "Alices"?

  1. I guess not as Alex is an unnatural shortening of Alexander etc. Definitely not as witty.

  2. If "crises" is the plural of "crisis", then "Chrises" must be the plural of "Chrisis". So, Chrisis, what do you say to that?

  3. Mutters something about proper nouns. Are you about to start a war on apostrophies?
